Under Tallberg's guidance, participants will learn to identify ten wild edible plants, explore different terrain types where these plants can be found, understand foraging methods and discover their edible parts and flavour profiles.
KITCHEN
Tallberg provides instructions on how to prepare, clean and store these plants.
THREE COURSE LUNCH
A delicious, nutritious, and educational lunch is prepared together under Tallberg's guidance. This hands-on experience helps solidify the course learnings through "muscle memory," making it easier to adapt the use of these plants into daily life, whether for professional or personal use.
