Upgraded dinner with Biohacker Summit

Where ancient wisdom meets modern technology at a Biohackers’ Summit, Tallberg crafts a seven-course superfood menu featuring rich nutrient density and optimised absorption. Culinary delights were developed in collaboration with Teemu Arina, Olli Sovijärvi, Jaakko Halmetoja and Yarrow Willows. Annually renewed menu has been executed seven times in Helsinki, twice in Amsterdam and Stockholm, and once each in Toronto and London over a decade. These events incorporate foraging as part of a longstanding biohacking tradition aimed at enhancing health and functionality.


All events are executed as an opening event for the following day's Biohacker's Summit – an open, safe space and hands-on cooking class from 60 to 220 participants with outstanding results.
