At the Saari Residence in Hietamäki, Finland, Tallberg interacts with the surrounding nature alongside international artists, performing weekly spectacles for them. Saari hosts artists and researchers working in peaceful rural surroundings, sharing valuable insights and devising new methods for creative work. Thematically, the residence emphasises an ecological, sustainable, and curious approach to change – all values mirrored in Tallberg’s cuisine. Over four annual residencies, he has created 70 distinct three-course vegan meals with drink pairings, each capped off with in-depth poetry. Throughout 2025 Tallberg continues his work here for fourth year in a row.
