Tallberg was asked to create a communal salad featuring 15 edible plants from Vallisaari, the island hosting the Helsinki Biennial 2023 for Lotta Petronella's work Materia Medica. Tallberg handcrafted the celebratory dish on-site as part of Petronella’s choir performance, serving it by hand to one hundred guests, who in turn enjoyed the signature dish using their own hands. In the second part of the Biennial, Tallberg created a traditional and common Finnish dessert of 'lingonberry mousse pudding. Using wild rose petals, Tallberg honoured Ilma Lindgren, a working-class widow who in 1920 won a six-year legal battle to secure Finland’s right to enjoy its natural resources.
